- Applicants must be between 17 to 25 years old for non-Saudis
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals or non-Saudi with a Saudi mother.
- Internal applicant must have a valid residence permit and the comparison is made according to the available seats for each nationality after the approval of the Ministry of Education, with tuition fees of 500 riyals per academic unit, plus value-added tax for the duration of his studies at the university
- Applicants must have obtained a High School certificate from a Saudi or its equivalent in their countries and the certificate must not be five old at the time of applying for this scholarship to apply for all of the University’s programs except health programs
- Applicant must pass at least two tests: General Aptitudes, and Achievement test from the National Center for Measurement and Documented in the government transactions Programs, and that should not be over 5 years.

- Applicant must not accept another admission offer nor a funding offer from any other institution in Saudi Arabia.
- Applicants must pass the National Fitness Test from the University’s Family and Community Medical Center.
