Ghanaian dancehall singer Stonebwoy has been listed alongside few African acts to perform on what is dubbed African Day Benefit Concert come 25th May.
25th May is actually AU Day, a public holiday in most countries in Africa. However, on Ghanaian calendar, it’s no longer a holiday.
The program is a collaboration between MTV Base and YouTube to raise funds for those who are heavily hit by the novel corona virus pandemic in Africa.
On the tall list of African big acts, Ghana will be represented by Stonebwoy and M.anifest on 25th of this month which fans will be streaming live on MTVbasesouth YouTube page across the world.
The remaining acts are; Rema, Sho Madjozi, Diamond Platinumz, AKA, Sauti Sol, Yemi Alade, Fally Ipupa, Teni, C4Pedro, Toofan, Bebe Cool, Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy, Adekunle Gold, Seun Kuti.
The show will be hosted by Hollywood actor Idris Eiba.
