The ‘Western Togoland’ has reportedly recruited a group of young men and women who are believed to be the military personnels of the ‘country’ amidst all difficulties to separate the Region from Ghana.
A facebook post dated December 14 has a group of young and enegertic men in soldier-like attires with a caption ‘ long live Western Togoland …. military men and women passing out ceremony, hurray!!!’
With another as ‘ ..ongoing passing out ceremony of about 2000 Western Togoland military men and women from the Gorilla Military School… long live Western Togoland … long live our motherland.
According to the post, the supposed military personnels has passed out on the 14th on this month through the school called the Gorilla Military School.
No one knows their duties yet but we keep our fingers crossed for more info about their duties.
Just some few weeks ago, the separatist leader and his cohorts were arrested for declaring the Region as an independent body from Ghana. An event that took place took place at Ho on Saturday 16 November.

The Homeland Study Group Foundation which is headed by one Mr. Charles has designed the currency and the flag of the Region in anticipation of independence.
