Eligibility Criteria For KAIST Undergraduate Scholarship

1. Required Language: English Language

2. Eligible applicants: Anybody can apply for this scholarship except Koreans living in or outside Korea. Koreans with dual citizenship are also not eligible.

3. For Spring Semester, 2022 (EARLY only), candidates who have graduated or will graduate from their high school by February 28th, 2022

4. For Fall Semester, 2022, candidates who have graduated or will graduate from their high school by August 31st, 2022.

Note:

  • The uploaded documents must be certified by school heads or organization leaders.
  • One recommendation letter by the head of school or teacher
  • A recommendation letter must be written in English Korean
  • Enter the recommender’s email correctly on the application portal
  • Recommendations must be submitted electronically via the online application platform. Once you pay the application fee, a link will be sent to your teacher so he can submit your recommendation letter online by the deadline.
  • Application is NOT complete until your recommender submits the recommendation letter.
