Video: Mad Man Caught With Dead Baby

A man who claims to be mentally retarded has been caught in possession of dead baby heads in a Nigerian state of Aba.

The presumed mad man whose identity was uncovered was napped on the verge of escaping with the baby body parts as he was dragged into a van.

Some witnesses of the incidence said they don’t know who and where the dead baby is from as there is no news of lost baby in the vicinity at the time.
