Thieve In The Chapel: Bishop Oyedepo Fumes As Church Officials Steal Money.

Bishop David O. Oyedepo expressed his disappointment after some high church officials were caught involved in looting the church’s treasury.

According to a Nigerian based news source, the  Bishop broke the news on Saturday after dismissing the officials involved in the fraud act in the house of God.

“…can you imagine accountants perpetrating fraud in the house of God? He asked.

The Bishop couldn’t uncover the names of the perpetrators who were 90% made up of accountants of the church .

We were not having any other choice that to sack them. Can you imagine church officials doubling figures, doing a lot of dubious things in the house of God? Even after we sacked them, we saw more fraud.

The people who were to prevent fraud are rather involved in it. Even of them refused to confess until the last minute. I am telling you this because, as l have sacked them , they will come to you for employment, don’t employ them because anyone who accepts a wicked man, is also a wicked man. These were the words of Bishop David Oyedepo.

Meanwhile, a source confirms that , the Church pays anyone employed as a worker in the church.
