Brazilian ex international football star Ronaldinho Gaucho has being arrested in Paraguay for possessing fake identification documents.
The 39 years old was arrested and detained in Resort Yacht and Golf Club along his brother Roberto on Wednesday night.
Search and investigation into Ronaldinho’s hotel reveals that he and his brother’s passports and all details proved them as a citizens of Paraguay which is an obvious lie.
Globecalls understands that Ronaldinho is not having a Brazilian passport currently due to the environmental fine he received in 2018 which got his passport seized and prohibited from traveling outside Brazilian after failing to pay the $8.5m fine imposed on him.
He was invited into Paraguay by a casino owner Nelson Pelotti for some public events but currently in security grabs for investigation.
