President Akufo-Addo has described Former President John Dramani Mahama a braggart who is going around promising things he knows very well he can’t fulfill if he is given the mandate once again.
According to the president, he can’t understand why the NDC flagbearer is now promising things he could have done when he was in power but failed to do.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on Oman FM, an Accra-based radio station, President Akuffo-Addo said Mahama is just promising for the sake of it thus should not be taken seriously by Ghanaians.
“He [John Mahama] just move around promising. He brags too much.” He said in an exclusive interview with Accra based Oman FM monitored by Peacefmonline.com
“I am hoping people of Ghana will surprise him so he will know people of Ghana don’t have short memories,” He added
The general election in December will certainly be a two-horse race between the NPP’s Akufo-Addo and NDC’s John Mahama with a strong focus on each other’s records…which will go a long way to determine the outcome.
