MI Abaga AKA the Yung DENZL has call out Akon for referring to the Starboy as his little brother .
It all started when the two superstars met at Afro Nation in Ghana and performed on stage together. After the show Akon took to twitter to celebrate the event thereby calling WIZKID as a little brother.
MI reacted instantly, telling Akon to shut up on that talk.
After some twitter users and other celebrities descended on him for the comments, he came out explain what he was trying to drive at, he wrote:
“…I have an opinion: few African artists in diaspora actually did anything to REALLY help the movement.. as a fan of Wizkid (which I am) I don’t see Wiz as lil bro to Akon.. he has overcome larger obstacles to accomplish way more (in my eyes).. In my opinion Wiz is lil bro to none..”
Litterally, MI is saying the African arts at the top of the game like Akon, don’t help the young ones at home, so Akon shouldn’t belittle the Starboy for anything.
