All efforts to make the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex say a word after their unexpected announcement about stepping back was futile until this morning with a message to their sister-in-law the Duchess of Cambridge.
The couple dropped a comment on the photo of Kate to wish her happy 38th birthday.
They wrote: Wishing a happy birthday to the Duchess of Cambridge today!, with a cake and a hat emoji.
The comment means a lot to everyone in the royal family as it shows their care of commitment to the doings in the royal family as it was their first word since their bombshell yesterday
Their troubling message was reportedly sent to Prince Charles 10 minutes before it was dropped into the public, this clearly shows they were not ready for any ‘advice’ about their decision.
