Burniton Music and Bhimnation leader Livingstone Satekla aka Stonebwoy has disclosed several aspirations that got shuttered after suffering an accident during his childhood.
His knee story is a household one in Ghana after his emergence on the Ghanaian music scene with a ‘straight leg’.
In his post on Instagram celebrating Ghana’s 64th independence anniversary, Stonebwoy scripted how he had dreams of becoming a soldier or a footballer but all to no avail – taking oaths to defend lives or wearing the Black Stars jerseys on the pitch because he is a real baller.
Growing Up as A Boy..
I Just So Wanted To Do Something For My Country, I Drew The Inspiration To Do So From The History We Learnt At School in Social Studios About Great Men And Women Who Laid Their Lives Down For This Great Nation And Others Who Died in The Process..
I Couldn’t Become A Soldier To Wear The Uniform And Take An Oath To Defend Her Like I’ve Always Dreamt To .
Neither A Footballer To Sing The Anthem And Play For The Flag Cuz I Could Kick Some Balls For Real,
Both On And Off The Pitch lol.
Here I Am Today A Messenger Singing Words,Moving The Nations Feet With Sounds And Touching Her Soul With Melodies that Echo To The World That We Are A Great Nation Of Africa..
Sometimes it Good, Many Times it No Good But All The Time I Know Say It Go Better.. Make We Just PUTUU!
Happy Independence Day.
God Bless Our Homeland GHANA
