Vincent Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Ghana’s incumbent minister of information who doubles as Member Of Parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency has wowed netizens with his disk jockeying skills.
At what looks to be a party, the minister was spotted rolling, Hon. Kojo Oppong took over the disc from the DJ, plays few songs while he sings along with the party attendants trying into hype man for the minister.
