David Kigoma Onguyi has been charged in court after verbally abusing a female broker at Maasai Market in Kenya.
The kayaye man was accused of causing chaos in a way prone to cause break of peace, after offending the lady recognized just as Nyaboke at the market where she runs a Maasai trinket shop on January 5, 2020.
The verbal abuse happen after the accuse who took a client to Nyaboke’s shop on December 19 where she purchased merchandise worth Ksh500, declined giving her the cash yet vowed to settle the debt “later in the day”.
All endeavors for Onguyi to give Nyaboke the cash was useless, prompting claims of the broker’s private part smelling at the market where different dealers and clients viewed in dismay.
Onguyi who purportedly took steps to beat up Nyaboke, supposedly told her;
“You are dirty simply like your vagina, and I realize that you don’t wear pants. What’s more, regardless of whether you have worn one today, I am certain it is torn. Also, once more, make sure to utilize tissue paper to clean yourself off when you ‘shit”
The accused who was discharged on a Ksh10, 000 money bail after being summoned before Senior Resident Magistrate Mothoni Nzibe, denied the charges following his capture after the case was sent to KICC Police Station.
Nzibe postponed the case till January 21, 2020.
