It’s been said many times that not only blood makes one family. This is true for Joe Mettle as he mourns the death of gospel musician, Kayci Owusu whose closeness to Joe Mettle was the envy of all. They had a father and son relationship.

The award-winning Gospel musician from Ghana, Joe Mettle has announced the death of Kayci Owusu tearfully on social media.

Joe Mettle who was having morning music and prayer session on Facebook Live paused in the middle of the session to announce the death of Kayci Owusu

With tears, Joe Mettle said: ‘Beloved, I’m down in tears with the holy spirit but my soul is sad and urging the tongue to confess. May God keep the soul of Kayci Owusu my son and partner in ministry. Oh, death?”

Joe Mettle once again took to his social media to share a photo of Kayci Owusu to mourn him.

Kayci Owusu until his death was one of the most popular gospel musicians Ghana ever had. He mostly prophesied, prayed for barren, sick, and many people during his ministrations.
