Tracy Sarkcess, wife of Ghanaian rapper and songwriter Sarkodie has confessed her disbelieve in her husband at early stage.
Tracy according to sources, has been with Sarkodie more than 15 years and apparently knows the rapper quite better than anyone else.
But opposite is the case when it comes to believing in his work and talent.
In a twitter conversation with some fans, Tracy made a revelation that she never took Sarkodie’s rap and music serious when they met though he was very passionate about it.
She said she only considered it a thing after his performance at Kasahare with Dr Duncan on Adom FM, a couple of performances at events and also, his first album. Even with that, she never imagined her then boyfriend becoming a global icon.
‘…I don’t think I took it serious even though I knew he was passionate Abt it. Till I saw him in action at Kasahari, a couple of performances & his 1st album he gave me. Have forgotten the title of that album. it was before “Makye” album. still I never thought he would be this big…. she replied a fan.
