Report pressed earlier indicated that Mzbel has been arrested alongside Stacy Amoateng. Well, her musical daughter Iona Reine has confirmed it in a post on Instagram.
As a source of support to her strong mom, Iona Reine wrote:

Fast trending information suggests that musician Mzbel has been arrested. According to the trending report, musician Mzbel has been arrested. The report cites that it was after Stacy Amoateng reported her to the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service.
According to sources, the media personality and musician has been detained at the Police Headquarters in Accra.
Mzbel in an attempt to attack Nigel Gaisie alleged that Stacy Amoateng had contracted the deadly HIV/AIDS and wanted the man of God to help her.
She said she was confused as to why Nigel Gaisie will reveal such a secret about a lady she’s no more friends with noting that Nigel Gaisie is not a true Man of God as he claims.
