  • Then click continue to go to the next option, which is the applicant option.
  • In the applicant option, you can choose to direct them to your website to continue and fill up their application form or use email and use LinkedIn for the job application process.

Screening the applicants. Linkedin will automatically put up screening questions to your applicants base on the job description you wrote, you can edit  [ add or remove ] these questions to have the ones you preferred or totally take down the screening option.

  • Make sure you specify the screening questions [ whether you will require them or just preferred as an added value for the applicants ]
  • Then you will have to set up the email that those of your applicants who won’t qualify for the job will be receiving. Make sure the check box for the auto-re is checked for automatic rejection for those that won’t qualify. NB: The applicant will receive this email of rejection after 7 calendar days.
  • Done with that, click ‘post job for free and you are set to go.
