Tyron Mahguy, the Rastafarian student who with other students who have been denied admission to Achimota Secondary School have won the case against the school at court decision.
The court also ordered the school authorities to admit another ‘Rasta’ student who was denied admission, Oheneba Nkrabea.
They will have to resume school with immediate effect as they have already spent some of the days attending to the case win court.
