Opinionated Nigerian lawyer and former presidential aide Reno Omokri has opined that it is not right to make making just money your ultimate goal when running a business.
Mr. Reno explained that greed to make huge gains in a single sale scares customers and thus potential lifetime customers away. Stating that even if a loss in one transaction made the customer a lifetime on, you may recuperate your lost money from him or her in later transactions.
