Parents of 720 students who were part of the free SHS graduate from Bankoman SHS complains bitterly about their wards’ incomprehensible failure from the ongoing free SHS.
According to the parents and guardians of outgoing students of the Bankoman Senior High School and some other schools, none among the 720 students who wrote their WASSCE exams did well per the recently released results.
Bankoman Senior High School is among the publicly recognized Senior High Schools in Ghana. It is located at Banko, around Kumawu area in the Ashanti Region.
Per our little investigation on globecalls.com, this year’s performance is the worst ever since the school was established in 2004 and registered under the Government schools in Ghana about 5 years ago.
Currently a category C school, this year’s WASSCE results sees every student with at least 3 failures whiles some scored as low 8 F9s.
The parents are therefore calling on the government to order for a remark of the wards papers as they believe there was an error during the marking of the papers.
